Ole Bohio — Careers
BUILD SOMETHING
THAT LASTS.
We don’t just make clothes. We build a movement. If you believe in culture, community, and real impact—you belong here.
01
WHO WE ARE
Ole Bohio was born from the streets of the Haitian diaspora. Our name means “that’s good” in Haitian Creole — a nod to resilience, joy, and cultural pride.
We are a fashion brand, yes. But more importantly, we are a platform for people who carry their roots with dignity and turn their identity into power. Every person who joins us shapes the brand directly. There are no layers here — just mission, creativity, and execution.
02
OUR VALUES
Roots First
Haiti, the Caribbean, and the diaspora: our heritage is not a backstory; it’s the brand.
Culture Over Hype
We don’t chase trends. We succeed by staying authentic to who we are.
Impact: Non-Negotiable
10% of every sale goes to Haiti. Everyone who works here owns that mission.
Excellence Always
Small brand. Big brand standards. We deliver premium quality — no shortcuts.
Grow Together
We uplift team members, collaborate generously, and make space for every voice.
03
WHO WE LOOK FOR

- You understand and respect culture especially diaspora and Black culture
- You are self-motivated and resourceful and don’t wait to be told what to do
- You have a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- You believe brands can do good in the world, and you want to help build one
- You are committed to quality, even when no one is watching
