Orders
How do I place an order? +
Browse our site, select your item and size, then click "Add to Cart". Follow the secure checkout steps. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
Modifications and cancellations are only possible within one hour of placing your order. Contact us immediately via our customer service. After this time, the order is already being processed and can no longer be changed.
How do I track my order? +
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package ships. You can track your delivery in real time via the link included in that email.
Shipping
What are the delivery times? +
Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year (sales, holidays).
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship worldwide. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Is shipping free? +
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $150. Below this threshold, shipping fees apply depending on the selected delivery method.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? +
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Items must be unworn, with their original tags and in their original packaging.
How do I make a return? +
Contact our customer service with your order number to receive a return label. Once your package is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item? +
Size exchanges are possible subject to availability. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order to guarantee availability of the desired piece.

How do I choose my size? +
Each piece comes with a detailed size guide on its product page. If in doubt, our customer service team is available to advise you. We recommend taking your measurements (chest, waist, hips) for the best fit.
Are the fits oversized or fitted? +
Our fits vary by collection. Each product specifies the cut type (regular, oversized, slim). Models generally wear a size S or M to give you a visual idea of the look.

How do I care for my garments? +
Each item comes with specific care labels. We generally recommend cold washing (max 30°C), inside out, and flat drying to preserve the materials and colors.
