Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days of purchase. Because our pieces are made to order, we take the time to ensure every item meets our quality standards before it ships to you.

Delivery Estimates

  • United States: 7–14 business days after processing
  • International: 14–21 business days after processing

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods. Ole Bohio is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. No code needed — it is applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by local authorities.


Returns & Exchanges

Our Standard

We stand behind everything we make. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and items marked as hygiene-sensitive
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Customized or personalized pieces

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at olebohioclothing@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly — at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at olebohioclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return and provide the correct return address. Do not ship items back without prior confirmation — unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
