• Photos, if the item is defective or incorrect
We aim to respond within 7 business days.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior confirmation will be refused.
Returned items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn
In their original packaging and with all tags attached
We do not accept:
Worn, stained, or damaged items
Unauthorized or late returns (beyond 7 days)
Items returned without prior approval
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (except in case of error from our side).
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the same currency used for purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
For hygiene or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Underwear, swimwear, socks, sleepwear, masks
Customized or printed-to-order products
Items returned after 7 days
Orders not yet in production may be fully canceled.
If production has started, but shipping hasn’t yet occurred, a partial refund may apply.
In case of a shipping delay beyond the standard timeframe, compensation of up to 10% of the order total may be offered.
