At Ole Bohio, every piece is crafted with care and intention.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, our team is here to assist you with transparency and respect.


How to request a return

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@olebohio.com

  • Please include:
    • Your order number
    Photos, if the item is defective or incorrect

We aim to respond within 7 business days.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior confirmation will be refused.


Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • In their original packaging and with all tags attached

We do not accept:

  • Worn, stained, or damaged items

  • Unauthorized or late returns (beyond 7 days)

  • Items returned without prior approval

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (except in case of error from our side).


Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the same currency used for purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, swimwear, socks, sleepwear, masks

  • Customized or printed-to-order products

  • Items returned after 7 days


Order cancellation & delays

Orders not yet in production may be fully canceled.
If production has started, but shipping hasn’t yet occurred, a partial refund may apply.
In case of a shipping delay beyond the standard timeframe, compensation of up to 10% of the order total may be offered.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected during checkout.

How can I track my package once it has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your package. You will also receive updates via email or SMS as your package moves through the shipping process.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and carrier. Please be aware that international orders may incur customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
